Call it self control… self discipline… but at the end of the day shit will tweak you in some way, shape or form…. So it’s really about self regulation.

Self-regulation is the process of controlling one’s emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It’s an important skill for men to learn in order to manage their anger. Here are some tips for men to help them self-regulate their anger:
